24.01.2022 We had special cargo on our trip back to port. We found a turtle with floaters syndrome. After talking with DPAW Parks and Wildlife Service, Western Australia we were advised on the correct procedures and brought her back into Dampier where she spent the night before being flown to Broome to commence rehabilitation. Thanks Alicia for picking her up from us, Rose Pilbara Wildlife Carers Association Inc. for taking care of her overnight, DPAW for coordinating the rescue, Aviar for flying her to Broome, and Native Animal Rescue: Broome for taking her in. What an adventure she has been on jet ski, boat, car and plane. We look forward to hearing her progress and we will keep you informed. Please if you are out at the Montes and see any wildlife in trouble please let us or DPAW know, so we can help the animal in trouble.

23.01.2022 Last weeks charter was organised by the friendly team Western Angler magazine. The crew had a blast exploring and fishing the islands by kayak. 18.01.2022 On Saturday we had special cargo on board. Marney the green turtle that we brought in with floating syndrome back in September had been rehabilitated. We were very lucky and grateful we could be part of her release. Thank you so much to Deb, Chris and team at Native Animal Rescue: Broome , and Avair for flying her from and to Karratha.... The transport and release of Marney the green turtle was formally authorised by Parks and Wildlife Service, Pilbara WA Parks and Wildlife Service, Western Australia

The health and well-being of our passengers and staff are our top priority so with this in mind we will keep you all posted as time goes on and more advice is given.
