23.01.2022 One of our favourites. You can eat it just straight off the vacuum bag or use it in one of your dishes. We find the product so tasty, when you dip it in your favourite sauce. The texture is so bouncy. It is hand-made and hand-cut but hey, that is what makes this product so nice :)

11.01.2022 In case you are studying there or know of someone who is, it has been on a 6 week break but soon...they will be re-opening. Got this message from them recently.... "We would be interested in reordering the bulk tofu and bulk tempeh of similar quantities as they were quite popular in our hot plates. We are re-opening the week starting the 24th of July...."

11.01.2022 Some Handy Tips ! Question: Tofu - do you need to change the water daily ? If it is vacuum sealed and chilled, no. It would normally last between 6-10 weeks, depending on the product. If it is not vacuum sealed and chilled, the answer is, yes.... Can you freeze (not chill) it ? You can freeze tofu, which totally transforms its texture: it goes from soft and most to a more open spongy texture. You'll find that you can actually squeeze thawed tofu like a sponge, removing most of it's water, and leaving behind the perfect vehicle for absorbing marinades. We recommend using a whole block of tofu at once. If you need to store an opened packet, cover the tofu with water and keep in the fridge and change the water every day. We sell 3 forms of firm tofu - "loose tofu in a bucket", 500 or 250 gms vacuum sealed
