22.01.2022 To our much-loved clients, These past few weeks have been a confusing time for all of us. At Blue Lotus we have tried our best to keep our practice running and navigate the rules and regulations over this period. As registered allied health practitioners we are being encouraged to keep our doors open, continue to support the health of our clients and to reduce the demand on hospitals. The decision to practice however, is up to each individual practitioner. At Blue Lotus we a...re torn between the strong desire and duty to care and provide treatment for clients, however we also feel a duty to keep our family, friends and the community safe. In order to continue to be able to provide a safe environment for everyone we have made the difficult decision to reduce our clinical hours to two days per fortnight: Wednesday 15th April Thursday 16th April Wednesday 29th April Thursday 30th April Wednesday 13th May Thursday 14th May Wednesday 27th May Thursday 28th May For those clients attending appointments during this time we ask that you respect the guidelines we have put in place. Online herbal consultations via Skype, Facetime or Phone will be available for those who are unable to attend face to face appointments. These consults will help to keep you on track with your treatment plan and to continue with herbal medicine. For anyone who has lost their job, has a reduced income, or is under severe financial pressure follow up online consults will be provided free of charge. Herbs and Supplements will be available for clients to either pick up from our pick up service or posted directly out to you. We will be sending out further information and updates to everyone by email and through our social media accounts (so please like us :) ) as things evolve. Please remember, we are absolutely STILL HERE FOR YOU over this period of time. Your health and well-being are very important to us. Please reach out if you need anything at all, even if it is just to check in and say hello! 17.01.2022 We are very excited to introduce you to our new practitioner Gaya Surendorff. Gaya has a special interest in helping clients with mental and emotional ill-health, insomnia, chronic pain and fatigue, digestive issues, menopause, and chronic stress including its effect on the physical, mental and emotional bodies. Gaya is also trained in cosmetic acupuncture, and enjoys supporting clients who seek to improve or maintain their skin's health through natural therapies.
