We have always practiced the highest standards of health and hygiene ...in every aspect of our operations. But in response to the current situation we are taking additional precautions such as regularly disinfecting and sanitizing our public areas, restrooms, family meeting room, door handles, vehicles and our back of house areas. We have also placed hand sanitizer throughout our premises for visitors, and they will also available when we are attending funeral services. Our staff are fully aware of their own health and their obligation not to attend work should they come in contact with a carrier or suffer the symptoms of the virus. Our policy is that they will not return to work without a medical certificate declaring them healthy and virus free. Throughout this time, we will continue to provide the high quality of customer and funeral service for which we are highly regarded. We can give our clients, staff and stakeholders the assurance that we will conduct our business safely with the best interest of everyone as our priority. Finally, as this situation is evolving daily, we are continually monitoring the advice and recommendations of the Government, health professionals and our industry association and we are following whatever advice is given. In turn we would ask that anyone intending to visit our premises to please advise us in advance if you have symptoms or have had exposure to any person who is listed on the Government web sites or is suspected to have the virus. Regrettably for the foreseeable future we will not be shaking hands, dont think us rude or inhospitable, it is for your sake as much as ours.
