17.01.2022 Declan Stacey, an Australian Olympic Diver, visited our Year 10 cohort to speak about Mental Fitness. The program teaches young Australians resilience and mental fitness. Life can be challenging and confusing as a young person; balancing friendships and schoolwork, concerns about body image, keeping up with trends online and in-person, just to name a few pressure points. This is why the Black Dog Institute and the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) have partnered to deliver a unique program aimed at building mental health, wellbeing, and resilience of young Australians. #bluemountainsgrammar #blackdoginstitute #australianinstituteofsport
