24.01.2022 Every week I feed the Spirits of my home and always include a fresh gift of Roses. I dry the old bunch by stripping off the leaves and making a little posie, or just pluck the gorgeous petals and keep in a bowl. They are so beautiful whether fresh or dry. I have built up a good stock which I use in Ritual Baths, Altar working, tea, craftwork and lots of other beautification. Keep the Rose close and She will change your life

21.01.2022 Saturday Marketplace is up & running today celebrating the first day of Winter!! For those of you who love to travel between the Worlds....... I spent last week making some glorious Green Oil from 50% Mugwort, 30% Bay Laurel, 20% Five Finger Grass. The base is mostly Apricot Oil with about 15% Olive Olive, plus some beeswax to give it body.... Its consistency allows you to lather your body, or at least pulse points as its easily spreadable and will go a long way. Most recommended to use after a shower or bath before bed time to deepen Dreaming, or apply half hour before Shamanic Journeying or Meditation. Flying Ointment is made by infusing herbs with Magickal properties to open and enhance psychic ability, otherworldly journeying, and dream work.... Marketplace Price: $20. 21.01.2022 Tiger gave 13 tarot readings at the psychic fair on Sunday, that night I made this concoction of plants into a Spiritual Cleansing Brew for him to take into the shower. This is quite familiar to many of you Im sure, but for everyone else, the idea is to wash yourself first, then turn the water off and using the brew pour over your head and continue to work DOWN the rest of your body, including the soles of your feet. You need to talk or chant or sing to the water spirit an...d plant spirits to tell them to wash away all that is not yours. I like to also use exfoliating hand gloves. Give a lot of the brew to your crown, third eye and back of head. Once thats done, turn the water back on COLD and have a quick rinse. This is a regular daily or weekly cleansing ritual suggested when we are around a lot of peoples energies, sickness, stress, or when youre just not feeling yourself.

13.01.2022 Far from glamorous...... heres a picture of the spiritual cleansing bath I made last night before I got in.... The brew is a mix of Bay Laurel, Rosemary, Sage and Eucalyptus. Boiled the herbs for a few hours to draw out all their medicine. Cleansing Baths are a potent and nourishing practice when taken in a Ritualistic way, setting the mood, focusing the heart and mind on releasing and putting down all burdens. Letting go and emptying is far more effective than putting mor...e stuff in. As the Moon wanes and draws to the end of Her cycle now is the ideal time to enjoy this beautiful form of self care

13.01.2022 A while ago I came upon an Irish Drum in an op shop in a sad sorry state. Having absolutely no idea how to craft a Bodhran I put it in the cupboard for later....... this week it literally fell out at me from its resting place and somehow the little genius guided me through the process. Im pinching myself it worked!! I died the deer hide with black henna and put my Clan tartan on as its belt. What a transformation, Shes a snazzy looking beast now with a new lease of life. Im very excited to learn how to play in the Irish style, if anyone knows of a bodhran teacher in Sydney/Blue Mountains please pass on their name, many thanks

11.01.2022 Blessed Be Friends This weekend Im busy Creating a devotional Altar for Irish Deity Queen Morrigan. Ive heard Her call since Winter Solstice, and now with the Raven appearing noticeably everyday its time to begin a working relationship. I am looking forward to being of service to the Goddess as She sees fit, and to blossom and grow within Her Grace.... Ive done a some research regarding Morrigans Lore, appropriate offerings and correspondences, apparently She likes you to give until it hurts!! Im sharing some pics at this stage as the Altar is not consecrated or activated yet. If anyone works with Her or has any advice I would appreciate your input. Thank you so much. As this is a new Deity Im hoping to make an impressive rather than embarrassing start to our relationship. Learning is often messy business!

Tara Fischer ...and El Tigre Grant Pulley what a team we made, have no words to truly say how grateful I am for your great efforts and back breaking work......... and Max of course for your loyal company. Special thanks also to Alison Petrie for arriving at the perfect time and giving us much needed support. We are honoured to be hosting an Irish-style sweat house ceremony in the lower Blue Mountains for women on the full moon and dark moon of each month during winter and spring. 09.01.2022 As the Rain cleanses outside, Im doing the inside. Today I have mixed Dragons Blood, Benzoin and Frankincense resins to clear and consecrate my home, and fresh flowers from the garden. As I walk through the house with the smoke, I sing speak and chant many good blessings to the Egregore and spirits of this home. The walls and all objects within our home contain mana (energy), they need regular care and feeding and thrive when given offerings and a bit of appreciation.... I do a Home Blessings once a week, i thought to share this as I know some of you do too, and its a good reminder to feel inspired to support the energies of your space which is watching hearing and absorbing everything going on

02.01.2022 Our first Drum Making Ceremony at my new home in the Blue Mountains The wet weather of the week kept us in my little cabin but somehow we managed to fit and... bring these gorgeous Spirit Drums to life. Exciting to see a strong variety of frames and individual styles with lacing up the back. Always the Drum ends up looking like a perfect match for its Maker. Many bright blessings going out to the beautiful friends who came up to visit, a massive day of focus & endurance and of course the afternoon delirium! 01.01.2022 This morning Im making a charm bag for protection, and a balm for safe passage through the Veil for my friend on her birthday.
