01.01.2022 To Our Valued Customers Blue Mountains Uggboots are trading as normal at the moment. We are monitoring NSW Health notices 24/7 to keep up to date. For the Benefit of Public Health and Saftey with COVID-19 we have put some measures in place to keep our Customers and Staff safe. Greeting and Distance - Our team will avoid shaking Customers hands will keep a safe distance at all times.... Minimising Customers in store - We will be putting into effect a maxmuin 4 customer experience at one time. Conditions do apply. Social distancing etc. Minimising time spent - Please dont think us rude we will try and keep your visit to our shop friendly and brief. Payment - Can be made by card or cash, we would prefer card if possible and we will not take cards from our customers for payment, the card machine will be moved over for Customers to tap or insert where necessary. Cash will be accepted, please dont think us rude for sanitizing after. Cleaning - Our store and its facilities are being cleaned as often as possible during this pandemic. Including door handles, crates, benches, bathroom. Hand Sanitizer - Hand sanitizer at the doorway for your convenience before entering and exiting. Please accept our apologies if any of the above offends anyone, we at Blue Mountains Uggboots would like to keep our exceptional staff and our wonderful customers safe, both have kept us going since 1933.
