21.01.2022 Here is another front yard we finished in Gledswood Hills. On some landscape jobs we need to design our work around the facaade of the house. This is one of those jobs. With recycled sandstock bricks and a timber deck on the house, we designed a simple front entrance to compliment the house design. ... We just love the off set, floating Black-butt timber steps and sand stock letterbox, in this frontyard less is more. It’s simple- and beautiful. It will look a dish at night with the decking lights on. Another front yard- Designed to perfection.

It’s a beautiful backyard and a awesome landscaping job incorporating Merbau decking, retaining walls, wide steps, Travertine pool surround, black pool fence and tiling of the back patio, Sir Walter buffalo grass and gardens. 15.01.2022 Here is another job we whipped up for a wonderful client in Gregory Hills. When I say whipped up, I’m slightly embellished the story. The backyard had no access. Every paver carried in individually. 5 ton of road base, 2 ton of sand, 1 ton of soil and 40 sqm of pavers , gravel for the drain, sand and cement all carried in with BUCKETS!!! Yup buckets. Buckets. And more buckets. Then more buckets......ahh, you get it. More buckets. ... Oh, the roll of artificial grass carried in over our heads up the side. Buckets were easier. Artificial grass is heavy. Need I say the boys were delighted to finish this job. But a beautiful job it is. Low maintenance and beautiful. I just love the rustic steel edging. The front yard, low maintenance and natural. Another front and back yard completed by the Blue Oak Property Solutions team. Nice work I say. Nice work indeed.

11.01.2022 There is a lot I like about this job we just finished in Thirlmere. The timber deck on the front patio, cement rendered and painted retaining walls, the sandstone letterbox with beautiful gardens. The work blends seamlessly and compliments the facade of the house. It’s a delight to come home to!!! ... Then there is the backyard, a tiled back patio, merbau deck, Tasman block retaining wall with really wide steps, Travertine paving and pool surrounds with a black pool fence, and Sir Walter buffalo grass with a big backyard to boot. It’s another beautiful backyard by the Blue Oak Property Solutions’s team. I just love my work.

07.01.2022 Here is another backyard makeover we completed in Camden. Using Spotted gum decking we covered the concrete patio, and enlarged it to create more usable space. With wide, long steps to the lower paved area. The old 1980’s pavers were removed with Travertine pavers laid to give it a modern stylish look. ... As you can imagine, the owners are delighted with their new backyard area.

05.01.2022 Here is another backyard makeover that we finished in St Helens Park. We removed 3 truck loads of old pavers, 30 ton of soil and reshaped her tired old backyard. Using Tasman blocks in Appinstone colour we built a beautiful curved wall. For the pavers we used French pattern Travertine, We installed, new drains in her backyard, Merbau timber screen, plants, and Sapphire buffalo grass. ... As you can imagine the owner just loves it. So do we. It’s another Blue Oak backyard beauty.

Over the plain concrete we laid the very stylish looking 610mmx 406mm Travertine tiles. ... Off the bedroom we built a beautiful Merbau deck with access to the alfresco area. Painted cement rendered walls, Modwood decking with decking lights, a floating seat, agg drains under the decking, plants that will look provide colour and a hedge to break up the fence.

01.01.2022 Back on the backyard makeover in Cobbitty. Laying the Modwood decking in super fast speed!!! If only, what you don’t see are the detailed cuts, the decking lights being installed and the work behind the scenes. It’s pretty cool to watch in time lapse just to see how much activity there is on site, and the clouds- I love the shadows and the sun and more shadows. ... It’s very cool. And as I watch it again, I just love watching the petrol blower sitting on the deck. Funny the things you notice !!!
