11.01.2022 I was up extra early this morning so I could meditate and reflect on my favorite rock at the You Yangs. I started my bushwalk at 5.30am this morning. Whilst walking down a track I came across this handsome boy. We made eye contact for ages, he was only a few metres away...such magnificence Moments like this are so precious and once in a lifetime. To have found such gratitude, inner peace and self love recently has been such an incredible thing. ... Take the time to walk in nature... Take the time to listen... Take the time to look... Oh my gosh, I scraped the bowl and used it on my hands and I can't believe the heaven my hands are now in. ... 03.01.2022 It wasn't so long ago, I used to be a cake face. I was once one of those women who thought you needed to spend hundreds of $$$ per month on skincare and makeup in order to be beautiful. Today I'm in my 40s. My skin has never looked better, nor felt better as it does today. I haven't moisturized my face in 6 months, I haven't used toner in 6 months and I haven't worn cakey foundation in 6 months either. I've loved my face from the outside in and from the inside out.
