Sorsogon city and the farmers compete over the same ground water but with help see that there are better ways to resolve this apparent dispute. Pure, fresh water springs harnnessed by farmers generations ago with mini dams and aquaducts now compete with pumping stations, deep water wells and pipe work for natural resourses.
