25.01.2022 We found this quote shared by another local business & just wanted for all of us to keep this in mind come Monday and new changes/rules! We are very grateful for all the love and support in the past 10 weeks from our Blues Family. Come Monday we will finally be able to have some seating inside the cafe (1.5 m apart) and outdoor area open also. Hand sanitisers & screens have also been put in place for our safety/wellbeing just to name a few. See you Monday 8.30am & looking forward to seeing all your friendly faces!

Now is the time we must all stick together and support each other, everyone’s story of struggle is different but we are all struggling and in this together! We get asked about our ingredients quite often & whilst we never reveal all our secrets here’s our current quiche list. -Pumpkin ... -Spinach -Leak -Fetta cheese -Free range eggs & so many herbs and spices mixed in for taste. 16.01.2022 Today we start TAKEAWAY ONLY. This includes our whole menu. All meals and all drinks included! ($10 minimum delivery in Seymour also available) We know we say this often but thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the love and support during this difficult time. It’s been a roller coaster of emotions for us here but having all of you makes it that little bit sweeter each day. We won’t and never will be defeated and will continue to serve you the best food and coffee, (e...ven from plastic containers ) Please remember to support small local businesses where possible, (now more than ever), practise good personal hygiene and look after eachother Our trading hours for the next 6 weeks will continue the same. Exciting times coming when that changes over to Kmart in a few weeks times. Something new and fresh for the town. Thanks to the Target team for all the support during this time!

12.01.2022 First day back to dining in today! We would love to thank all our wonderful customers for the love and support. Still some restrictions in place but it’s a big step in the right direction & if everyone listens to all laws it wont be long until normal is back! Feels soooo good to be able to have you all come in and relax with a hot cup of coffee. looking forward to the rest of the week.... Trading hours for June, Mon-Sat 8.30am to 3pm!

12.01.2022 It’s an exciting day here at Blues! Finally after what seems like years, we are back to having seating! We are overcome with emotion! So grateful and so happy for all of your support these past few months, helping us get through the toughest time in business! We have 10 individual people allowed in the cafe, with table service! Best in best dressed! We also have our outside tables with unlimited capacity (but food and drink will be served in takeaway cups/plates if seated... outside) We have hand sanitizer on entry and we will need to take some details off you also before you are seated. So beyond happy to be able to get back to some sort of normal for us all. We do please ask that you be patient with us. Rude or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated in any aspect. It’s been a very difficult 6 months and we would LOVE to have you all seated at once, but please be mindful of the rules still put into place. We hope you can understand we will do our absolute best to have you all come in and enjoy, just keep in mind it’s a very busy and stressful time for us also. Just getting back on our feet & finding our groove again along with all the new changes we need to follow. We look forward to seeing you all over the course of the next few weeks, cannot wait to have a chat with you all and a nice hot cup of coffee! These families you walk past in the street & the friends of your children at school. Mummas at home & young couples owning cafes. So many different types of small businesses around for all your needs and wants, and the best thing it’s LOCAL, full of love and walking distance. Such a great little town Seymour is, and I’m sure we speak ...on behalf of all small businesses here, but the love and support from all of you is incredible and so much appreciated! 1 week into the new restrictions and we are trying to stay as positive as possible. We are keeping our head up as much as we can & continuing to do what we do best.... Great coffee and meals. It felt like a never ending bad cycle for so long. We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the love, support and genuine kindness all our amazing customers, family and friends showed us this year. There is NO WAY we would of gotten through this without you all.
