18.01.2022 Nicole is a disabilities registered mental health practitioner who looks after private clients. But during COVID, her own personal & family needs stemming from the isolation took over her ability to support any of her clients. "I stopped work. It was a hard decision but I knew I could not be of value to my clients if I was not fully present. My beautiful clients became the ones texting me to ask if I was OK." To depict the new urban silence, Nicole began doing yoga poses in the middle of the road. A friend photographed. It was their way to remain physically, emotionally and creatively fit. Read on to hear more stories of people's mental health struggles and how they've been coping this year ... https://buff.ly/3oMQVLL

10.01.2022 Elise, a sociable 34-year-old, has lived with her parents all her life but, according to her mother Vicki, had "clearly" reached the point where she was seeing too much of mum and dad. Elise joined the NDIS 3 years ago, the same time the house build began. "She just loves her new place, she's more mellow since she's moved in," her mum said.... Throughout the building process Elise's NDIS funding assisted with occupational therapy assessments, builder consultations and more; Elise now has a home that encourages her independence. https://buff.ly/2Ft1TEl
