21.01.2022 Wishing all my beautiful clients a very Merry Christmas. I'm so grateful for the support you have all shown me this year through all the ups and downs 2020 has offered. As this year draws to a close I hope you have some time to reflect on the valuable tools, skills and knowledge that 2020 has taught us all. I encourage you to take some time over the festive season to hold those you love a little closer, breathe a little deeper and connect with nature to bring us out of our ...heads and firmly back down onto the ground. There has been a lot to think about this year, a lot of change and uncertainty while we consider the best way through all the new experiences we have had along the way. This is the time to stop and consider what we want to take forward with us into 2021 and what we really need to keep us feeling loved, safe and healthy in every way. Let's continue to value the connections that nurture us, prioritise our well-being and being kind as we understand that some are struggling with things we may never know or situations that we are fortunate enough to never experience ourselves. Celebrating endings and beginnings gives us the opportunity to reflect on what was and be encouraged by what will be.. the gift of lessons learnt and the promise of hope for the future. 2020 certainly gave us all a lot to reflect on and I hope that, mostly, in amongst all the challenges, you like what you see. Every day is an opportunity for new beginnings so don't wait until there is some day, date, person, situation, amount of money or c...ircumstance to make the changes you want to see in your life. Be open to the opportunities that are there every day if you allow yourself the time and space to notice them unfold. Let go of what was, be present and really feel where you are now and what you need. If 2020 has taught me anything it is that I am exactly where I am meant to be and I could never have planned and thought my way to where I am now. Life can change in an instant so there is no time like the present to notice the magic that is everywhere and to be open to accept the incredible changes that can occur in your life when you get out of your head and live in the moment.
