24.01.2022 Looking for an experienced waiter/waitress for night time dinner service. We are open Wednesday to Saturday nights for dinner. Must be over 18 and have own transport. Experienced preferred but not essential.

Here's a sneak peek for the lovers of seafood. :) Coastal Platter for 2 Cone Bay barramundi, crispy buttermilk soft shell crab, seasoned St. Vincent Gulf calamari, hot smoked King fish, sautéed tom yum prawns, South Australian whole cooked prawns, served with wakame, garlic aioli, ponzu sauce and fresh lemon and lime. Thanks Kev!!

19.01.2022 Blues covid-19 update Blues will be open for business as usual but with the new government restrictions we are only allowed 40 guests inside. We do have outside seating on the deck over looking our beautiful water feature available as well.... We will advise on inside booking availability on inquiry by phone or email. Blues wishes that everyone can do the right thing and stay safe and adhere to the governments recommendations during these unchartered times. Keep safe and healthy everyone

07.01.2022 We're baaaaack.......Friday 5 June. As we've had a lovely (????) forced break, we won't be having our annual winter closure this year. Thank you for your patience and we look forward to serving up our new winter menu.
