19.01.2022 Yes !! All of these are indeed Alabasters !! Shows both the influence of natural variation and the influence on some of a single copy of Hyper melanism.....
19.01.2022 Here labelled 1 & 2 is a classic snow & an Albino Alabaster. Some of the differences in phenotype can be subtle at 4 gene level but are very very apparent when photos are taken at different ages and compared. Ignore the lavas in the photo.

18.01.2022 Ghost Axanthic 50% Bredli hatchies from this season coming along nicely... amazing how the hyper mel influence of the Bredli gives a deeper silver look than standard Ghosts making them look very similar to the Mercury Bluey which is loosely of similar genetics when compared.

08.01.2022 ‘Blackout’ Visual black eyed Anery & Visual Hyper mel adult pair and their chosen partners for 2020.... both pairings have used unrelated partners and added new potential for later breedings. I love how the effect of Anery has clearly taken away all yellows and oranges that were previously so prevalent on the hyper mels and left some awesome black/white peppering.... can’t wait to see what these pairings produce

01.01.2022 This years White Snows (born November 2019) & their development. These guys are Homozygous Albino & Anery with a polygenic hypo that reduces yellows. These do NOT have White Northern genetics. As you can see from all of the last few posts there are many ways to make a white phenotype albino. However these still retain some colour & pigment. It isnt until they reach 3 & 4 gene level that they become brilliant white.
