22.01.2022 This time next Friday, we'll be bouncing on the jumping castle, dancing along to live music and having a hard time choosing between wood-fired pizza, turkish kebabs or a smashed potato. Will you be joining us for the May Fair at Bluewattle?

21.01.2022 The new Upper Ross Police Facility on Bluewattle Boulevard is now open. If you would like to chat with local police officers about the new facility or neighbourhood concerns, you're invited to drop into between 8am and 4pm on Wednesdays. You'll find the centre just inside the Bluewattle entrance, beside Jeff Caddies Park.

18.01.2022 Today we remember our soldiers, past and present. We remember the Australian men and women who have served and sacrificed for our country. While we may be apart, we stand together in spirit with the rest of the nation to remember the efforts of our diggers, those we have lost and all that they sacrificed to provide what we have today. Lest we forget.

18.01.2022 On 8 March we held our annual Bluewattle Residents' BBQ & Pizza Party. This is always a lovely, laid-back evening that provides our residents with a great excuse to get together with their neighbours and share a casual meal under the stars. We were delighted to have Rx D Dog and our soon-to-be-newest residents, the Upper Ross Police, join us for the event, too! Thanks to Through The Looking Glass Studio for these lovely snaps.
17.01.2022 BEST WISHES FOR THE FESTIVE SEASON. We wish everyone in the Bluewattle community a safe and happy time during the holiday season. Unfortunately we will not be hosting our annual Christmas Movie in the Park event this year, but we hope you make use of Bluewattle's lovely parks to host your own family celebrations.

14.01.2022 Don't forget that residents are invited to drop into the new Upper Ross Police Facility on Wednesdays between 8am and 4pm to meet with the local Police Officers and voice any concerns you may have. You'll find the new Facility at 12 Bluewattle Boulevard, just off Riverway Drive.

11.01.2022 Just because it's Valentine's Day We thought we'd pen a poem, Sharing all the things we love about our Upper Ross home.... We love being near the river and the events held in our parks, It's a lovely, friendly neighbourhood, where a smile is often sparked. There's plenty of great schools and the nearby shops are swell It's not far to go to the movies, and a theatre's close as well. The sporting clubs are welcoming, Pinnacles Gallery is great, and there's lots of restaurants at Cannon Park, if you're going on a date. The sunsets are spectacular and the mountain views are too. We love living in the Upper Ross. Don't you love it, too?

Why not check out Astronomical 2 at the Townsville Barra Fun Park or some of the Art Classes at The Hub Creative Space - Townsville.
