18.01.2022 I just have to share these photos with everyone! Last week I had the pleasure of being treated by AprilReiki. I had the most relaxing Reiki treatment in her new beautiful treatment room. I can not recommend this highly enough to anyone that is interested in self care & healing. It all started with a relaxing cup of herbal tea and of course a bit of Crystal chat..lol! She explained everything to me before we started so I knew exactly what to expect.. I felt instantly comfor...table and so relaxed and honestly did not want the treatment to come to an end! 05.01.2022 This week's Hand Mudra - Dhyani Mudra (Meditation) This is a Sacral Chakra Mudra which assists in connecting with the energy centre of sensuality, pleasure, relationships, desires and creativity located just below your navel. When the energy of the sacral chakra is opening, the physical symptoms felt is of warmth in the navel/pelvic area and sexual organs. The aim of this Mudra is to master this sexual energy from sexual pleasure (very important not to suppress though) to th...en further harnessing it to express oneself creatively. It's the first step to master your energy which is required in order to work with the higher chakras. It's purpose of the Mudra is to understand the concept of our outside appearances of oneself - (the basics of being in the body, of being human, shelter, money etc similar to the survival instincts of the base chakra but now it involves this in relation to others - relationships, hence it is our feeling centre) to then strive for enlightenment/understanding of self/others/bigger picture/spirit/creativity etc. Benefits: ~ Deepens Meditation.
