25.01.2022 A few little notes as we start another term of yoga

25.01.2022 A little about me...I started my yoga journey in Byron Bay with Mana Yoga Retreats with a beautiful soul named Patty in 2017 and absolutely loved it. I went on to start my teacher training in April 2019 with Shantarasa Yoga who I continue to train and learn from in all aspects of life. I completed my 200 hour teacher training in Adelaide and then went on to do my 300 hour training in India with Shantarasa Yoga in February 2020. I have two children and a partner that all support my constant chatter about yoga!! and a dog named Lexi that just loves to sit on my mat when I decide to use it My passion is to share the benefits and community that I have found from yoga with others
