25.01.2022 The winner of this years Win A Dinner cooked by Gabriel Gate was Jennifer and George. They and their family enjoyed a magnificent dinner prepared by Blu Gourmet Pearl Couscous brand ambassador and Australia's favourite French Chef Gabriel Gaté. The meal included Avocado wrapped in Salmon and A creamy garlic prawn and scallop entree. The main was a request from Jennifer of Roast Duck which was served on a puree of carrot alongside mushroom Pearl Couscous. Dessert consisted of Gabriel made Mandarin Ice Cream and Hazelnut Vanilla Ice Cream accompanied by raspberries, strawberries, blueberries along with a rich dipping chocolate sauce. 24.01.2022 Made this Christmas salad recipe yesterday from the nre Blu pearl couscous website. Curried pearl couscous with pomegranates. Added some dried apricots for colour and sweetness. Used 2 packs of 400g. Made 1.8kg of salad. Ideal for entertaining. Tasted and looked spectacular.
