24.01.2022 Pricing update We’ve had to seriously review our pricing in order to continue to provide accommodation at our beautiful beach abode, all current bookings are locked in at existing rates. Our Air Bnb pricing has been updated to reflect the average pricing for an entire house rental for 3 bedrooms and all new booking enquiries will be priced at the new nightly rate of $235 per night, no extra charges per person. ... As the year panned out several times we thought we were going to have to close up and put up the for sale sign.... end of year we were thinking the same but the bookings keep rolling in and we have decided to invest in the house and over the next 24 months (providing things go to plan) you'll see some big changes happening over at Blu Marlo, we'll keep you... up to date on progress pics and the new website coming soon. Akaroa was named at the time that a military base was founded that captured escaped convicts from Port Arthur at St Helens Point.
