23.01.2022 FOOD FOR THOUGHT - TOUCHING BASE Hi Everyone, Just checking in to see how everyone is travelling with life in general; would love to hear how you are feeling now that we are a few months into the pandemic and changes are been made again regarding opening up more facilities; has this improved you outlook or are you feeling the same about life in general as before.... As for me I have been busy behind the scences with my first radio interview with ABC (Hobart); analysing and evaluating systems in the business - revising as need be, conceptualised and am in the process of collecting national and global data from individuals in regards to Career Counselling during the Pandemic - which has produced some interesting results so far; and of course in the middle of all of this helping clients whom are seeking help with career options and pathways, resume writing and the like. Of course there have been a few challenges along the way too, but like you I too have reached out to trusted confidents whom have provided guidance and support; you see we are all human - we are all experience a wide range of thoughts, feelings and emotions during this time (so you are not alone in this regard) but as I have said before and I will say again it is important when you are struggling to reach out to your support network; it is also important to set yourself small and realistic goals that give you a boost when you accomplishing them - celebrate the little wins. Thinking of you and hoping you are happy and in a good place but if not and you want to talk reach out to a supportive friend or loved one or if you like reach out to me through PM and lets have a chat.

15.01.2022 Customer Feedback - Testimonial It is always nice to start the year off with some positive feedback from clients; this verbal feedback I received from a client whom was seeking to move from one industry to another after completing some full-time study and was unsure how to go from one industry to the next. Based on their comments, I believe they felt a little more confident moving forward after receiving their new Resume prepared by me.

14.01.2022 Did you hear the news this morning, on TV, that experts are saying that there are calls to scrap the ATAR requirements for university courses this year and that those with basic literacy skills will be admitted, some courses exempt. What are your thought is this a good thing or does it concern you that individuals may struggle more with the pressures of academia if they are not tested per say to see if they will cope with academic rigours in this way

09.01.2022 Goodbye 2020 - HELLO 2021 So many challenges faced by so many individuals around the globe, pushing many to the point of death literally and figuratively. Death comes in many forms not only the death of a physical body, be it yours or a loved one, but through the death of a relationships and our own self perceptions.... Whilst death is incredibly painful and challenging on a multitude of levels; if we are quiet and observant, we can identify significant, life altering changes disguised as catastrophe but really just a catalyst for monumental change that we would otherwise not take. Consequentially our experiences, of 2020 have caused us to look at our life in infinite detail, to bravely and maybe painfully examine and push through our circumstances to determine if we have had enough (had our fill) or perhaps a caused us to identify our strengths and weakness and adjusted our norm to take in new circumstances and eras. Either way 2020 has been a year of extreme challenges, introspection and evolutionary growth whether we are consciously aware of it or not; we will never be the same again we have fundamentally changed as individuals, national and global communities. Whatever your individual circumstances are in the NOW I hope you will join me tonight in spirt to say goodbye to 2020 and hello to 2021. But most of all I hope you have the courage to finally release the old negative and toxic energy of the past and replace it with hope, optimism and courage to follow your dreams once and for all, to put you and your happiness first and follow your unique path. May God/Universe (or whomever you believe in) bestow a little magic, happiness and peace for you in 2021. Love and Light Katherine
