25.01.2022 Please Can we work together on this? If you or anyone in your household is sick, or if you have been around someone who may be sick, please at least let us know so we can decide whether you will need to reschedule. We have to be very vigilant during these times, as sickness is spread so easily and we are at a much higher risk being constantly- allllll day- so close to our clients. We don’t want to get sick, we don’t want our families and babies to get sick and we don’t... want to pass on any sickness to anyone else. I’d also like to remind everyone to PLEASE COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT ALONE. We are strictly limited to ONE PERSON (plus therapist) PER TREATMENT ROOM. Our waiting room/hallway/front counter area is STRICTLY LIMITED TO ONE PERSON ONLY. Please only come on time, at the time booked for your appointment and if you are more than a few minutes early please kindly wait outside and if we finish early we will let you know. We have parking up the back (go up the lane way between Blush and Goodyear Jewellers) so there’s no need to run late due to parking. Please note we are CONSIDERING taking further safety measures to help eliminate the spread of not only the obvious covid but any other form of cold and flu or contagious airborne diseases. Further measures MAY include possibly taking temperatures upon clients arrival and asking our clients to wear a mask and bring along a medical certificate (if you have recently been sick) We have to do what it takes to keep everyone safe

20.01.2022 Hey everyone! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but we are currently booked out and will not be taking on new clients until closer to the new year. We will still advertise cancellation spots which are available to everyone, however we cannot guarantee follow up/infill/future appointments until further notice. We also no longer have a cancellation list as such, we will just post cancellation notices on our page as they arise. Unfortunately due to the overwhelming number o...f clients needing appointments we don’t have time to message EVERY SINGLE PERSON at the time of a cancellation as it sometimes is very last minute. Which also brings me to my next point: PLEASE GIVE US NOTICE IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL. We will be enforcing a 100% treatment cost cancellation fee, if 24hrs notice isn’t given, from this period on until after Christmas and possibly into the future, as we can’t run a business with clients canceling 30 mins before their appointment or not even showing up at all. You may be asked for a deposit or credit card details at the time of booking. We thank everyone who continues to do the right thing! You make our little salon what it is and we can’t wait to give out some little Chrissy presents to show our appreciation, because we really do love you guys. Thanks for your continued support! 19.01.2022 Bit rude? Well so is not showing up to an appointment without even so much as a message, or barely giving us any notice before you cancel or want to reschedule. Surely as grown adults we not only know when we have appointments coming up, but we usually know at least a few days ahead as to whether we’re likely to make it to the appointment yeah? As a small business there aren’t many things that grind on our nerves as much as no shows and last minute cancellations. We do our v...ery best to find a spot that suits you, we give you our best work and treat you with the highest level of respect - the absolute least you can do in return is let us know well in advance if you won’t make it to the appointment. Or if you’re not sure you can commit to that time when you make the appointment- then don’t make the appointment! This time of year is very busy for us and we have many clients who genuinely would like an appointment, so please if everyone can check their schedules, make sure they not only know when their appointment is, but they will definitely make it to their booked appointment and if not can you PLEASE GIVE US 48 HOURS NOTICE- if you don’t, we reserve the right to receive FULL PAYMENT OF TREATMENT BOOKED. We don’t want to enforce cancellation fees and taking deposits upon booking appointments, but this is a very real road we will go down if necessary. Tomorrow- Wednesday the 25th of March- will be our last day of trade for hopefully only a few weeks until this awful Covid-19 is under control. As we will be working within our range of government restrictions (stage 1), we will operate as APPOINTMENT ONLY with NO WALK INS permitted. Please also refrain from bringing anyone with you to your appointment as we have to keep numbers to a minimum for the safety of o...thers. Please arrive on time for your appointment - not late but also not too early so we don’t have clients hanging about waiting inside the salon. Our waiting room will be unavailable during these first stages so if you are more than a few minutes early, can we please ask that you wait outside until your scheduled appointment time.
