25.01.2022 Updated Cancellation Policy This week I had $380 worth of appointments not show up. My current cancellation policy is very flexible but after only working 4 days this week and losing almost $100 each day, I feel that needs to be updated. As of 14.04.21, any client with less than 24hours notice when cancelling OR not showing up to your appointment will be required to pay 50% of the missed appointment every time. ... I hate to do this, but it’s necessary for my business. Thanks for understanding

07.01.2022 I though i wouldnt have do this, as life gets busy and I understand forgetting appointments can be easily done. But unfortunately having 2-3 no shows (sometimes more) a week is harming my business. I'm lucky to enough to have a cancellation list but sometimes when I receive no notice that you can't attend your appointment, or worse, not show up, I have no time to contact the next client. Sometimes that leaves me waiting around for up to 3 hours for my next client. I hate to do this, but I too have bills and a mortgage to pay for. I hope you can understand

05.01.2022 Hair Extensions today we moved up @claire_rhodes tape-in hair extensions. This is quite a process: we soak the tapes in a glue remover, take the tapes out, remove remaining glue from the hair. Then we remove the old tape off the hair extensions, put new tape on, wash and blow dry Claire’s hair, then reapply the hair extensions & blend. This is a process that has to be done at least every 6 weeks @medusahairextensions
