14.01.2022 It is with a heavy heart that we share this news, however public health is imperative when these things occur. We have been advised by the department of health that a local resident from Bacchus Marsh community who attended our clinic for an emergency treatment on the 13th September, has since tested positive for COVID-19 on the 18th September. The patient attended the clinic between the hours of 4:30 pm- 4:50pm on the 13th of September. The department of health services wil...l be in touch with all the patients who checked into the clinic during this time. We were advised by the department of health that our clinic has been classified as a tier 1 exposure site now. We are now closed temporarily for deep cleaning, and we will re-open to our patients on the 27th of September. All our staff are currently isolating and have all been tested negative as of the 19th of September. We apologise for the inconvenience this will cause to any of our patients and we will keep you updated. If you have an appointment with us this week we will be in touch shortly to notify you of the cancellations. As a long-standing business in our community, we understand the implications of the situation and are committed to doing whatever is necessary on our part. 06.01.2022 We are extremely pleased to announce that we had Zero transmission in our practice. All staff have tested negative and out of isolation now. Our strict infection control practices we implement at our clinic has shown the results. Infection control has been our top priority with screening questionnaire, temperature checks and disinfection. As health care providers all our staff are vaccinated to keep the community safe. We are up and running from tomorrow 28th September as pe...r our normal working hours. We believe we have been wrongfully declared as an exposure site and even after e-mails sent to local government officials no response was received. I have to say a very big thank you to our wonderful staff and their families for sticking together in this period of difficulty. Thank you so much to all our wonderful patients and families who have stood by us and kept their trust in us during this difficult times.

06.01.2022 POWER OUTAGE. EDIT: Power is not back yet. Powercore says y might be not back until tonight so unfortunately may have to cancel all the afternoon appointments as well. Due to extreme weather conditions power is out in Darley. Clinic will be closed for the morning session as power is expected back on this afternoon.
