20.01.2022 Development and subdivision changes in the Shoalhaven LEP Council has recently completed a 4 year process to change the way we undertake medium density dev...elopment (and its subdivision) in Shoalhaven. The changes involve the need to meet a certain land size prior to undertaking medium density development, the removal of Torrens restrictions for certain medium density development and has resulted in the rezoning of over 700 low density residential lots to a large lot residential zoning.
