24.01.2022 First job back for the year, and back to using great products from @gripset_industries #sealedforgood this product has been my favourite since I first tried it. Feature tiles are going to be used all through the shower and curved wall so I’m looking forward to showing off the end results, Michael at @mkbuildingandrenovations does a great job for anyone looking to renovate their home. I source all my products from @beaumont.tiles in south tweed excellent service and product knowledge

22.01.2022 Second part of the same job (up-stairs) for @mkbuildingandrenovations Using Gripset you get such a good feeling about the product. It’s easy to use the texture when dry feels like my tile adhesive will bond fantastic and I don’t have any worries with flexibility great stuff. @gripset_industries #sealedforgood

20.01.2022 This splash back was probably the hardest I’ve had to lay, Mosaic Combination of porcelain, glass and aluminium meant that every tile would crack or splinter so I had to borrow a specific tile sigma from my local @beaumont.tiles in south tweed. Then any metal pieces had to be cut with a metal grinder because they wouldn’t snap. The two mitred angles had to look precise I couldn’t handle anything less especially since they were both in direct views, which meant a lot of time a...nd effort. I also added matching trims around the edges, so that forever this job would look great. This job was a returning client I did their bathrooms a few years ago and I was still impressed with how I tiled them. 18.01.2022 These are some follow up pics of two small bathrooms I waterproofed and tiled earlier. Using @gripset_industries and @beaumont.tiles adhesives Everything came up fantastic and @mkbuildingandrenovations has done a great job. The feature tiles were hugely time consuming, hand made from Italy, size variations made each and every row a process of laying then rearranging but very happy with how it’s all came together. Most of the tap wares and finished pieces came from @abiinteriors the bras is a very nice feature. For any young tradesmen out there reading this not every job is easy, but by keeping your patience throughout the whole time it will vastly improve the quality of your outcome and how you feel about your craftsmanship.

15.01.2022 Small project I was working on last week, while it was a few late afternoons to take this on after my other jobs it was definitely worth it, Some lessons are only learnt through hands on and I picked some some new experience that will help for years to come.

12.01.2022 Recent bathroom I just finished for @hollowaybros came up fantastic, no stress everything flowed just like it should, But you won’t catch me on any job with out my @solameasuringtools there perfect and the quality of service is unmatched, I had a level that needed to be checked out and @promac_tools made sure I was priority I didn’t want his generosity and professionalism left heard of, after seeing me in person left a few pressy’s like the clear mini level, has came in handy already, best tools and service

11.01.2022 80mm plus screed bed took about 3 times the usual sand, I’ve been enjoying screeding a lot more refined a few simple things and voila much easier less stress and the finished product looks great

10.01.2022 Just have to grout now awesome job for @cmdconstructions great builder with an outstanding crew, Clients are very happy with their new bathroom, toilet and laundry, Started off using the @dta_australia level clips for the floor and walls made things much easer, And only using the best products from @beaumont.tiles and will be finishing off with top range @ardexaustralia grouts and silicone. And wouldn’t step on site without my @solameasuringtools @promac_tools only the bes...t! @cmdconstructions @dta_australia @beaumont.tiles @ardexaustralia @lauxesgrates @gripset_industries @promac_tools

09.01.2022 What a massive couple of weeks this has been, Had 3 different jobs to take over after a tiler left, got a flat tire on way to a morning job, went crazy trying to be everywhere at once, yet getting nothing finished until this afternoon and will finally be crawling out from the enormous pressure I was under to get back to square, All the clients have been great and very patient but I do believe I was stretching it a little thin. @ Anchorage Island Jetty

06.01.2022 This is the finished pictures of the palm beach job for Brian and Dianne, I wasn’t quick enough to get some shots of the bare floor and lighting was terrible when I finished the job. Very happy clients knowing I used all the best materials from @ardexaustralia sound dampening mating DS-40 with recommend adhesive to reduce decibels further and the @dta_australia levelling clips @ Palm Beach Also a big thanks to Tim Moore from Bamo Built for all the timber work he’s been doing for these jobs

03.01.2022 Some nice looking screeding done this morning, screeding can be difficult to make it look good enough for picture quality. Some advice I seen from @e.tile take pictures of your tiling work it will change the way you tile I also enjoy screeding a little more then actual tiling, but that seems to be fairly common for most tilers

01.01.2022 This front entrance is up there with a few of my favourites, the tiles looked even better in person and the pictures don’t really show the quality of the tiles. The ramp trims looked great especially the angled cut, and the matching grout really blended everything in. @beaumont.tiles #teamardex #tilingwork #burlieghheads
