23.01.2022 BMH Buildings latest Nundah renovations are near on completion with timber floors and front deck to be completed on this Queenslander renovation.. New ensuite, bathroom and laundry renovation, full repaint, electrical, plumbing with the expansion of 2 larger bedrooms and robes to 4 new bedrooms. Completion photos to follow once internal floor works are completed.

21.01.2022 Mt Tamborine project. Ready for roof and floor grinding. Big week after Easter to finalise the external handrails and walls.
21.01.2022 Renovation to our nundah Queenslander bathroom and ensuite. Overhead shaving cabinets with LED light strip.
18.01.2022 New Project has started in Mt Tamborine. Entertaining area designed to over look a beautifull acreage property. Our client has chosen this architecturally designed gazebo with kwila hardwood products throughout, finishing with full height kwila shiplap cladding system.
18.01.2022 Nundah renovation completed. Project consisted of a 3 bedroom conversion to 4 bedrooms with new main bedroom ensuite, new second bathroom and laundry combination. New timber floor boards to new areas, complete re paint to internal areas. Complete re wire to house due to old wiring not complying with Australian standards. Opening to living and dining areas with new carpet, robes and vj wall linings throughout to keep this old home original. Completely renovated front entry deck with new stair case to give the house a bit more street appeal.

18.01.2022 Tamborine mountain project has been approved for construction. Entertainment gazebo construction and retaining walls to property. Earthworks and retaining wall works have been started to prevent erosion.
