16.01.2022 Attempting plastic free July this month! It has been pretty challenging, but the more conscious choices you make and practice the easier it gets and the better you get at it there is so much we can further educate ourselves on and change for the benefit of our future! I experimented with making my own plant based milk yesterday, so easy and yum! Soak 1 part almonds, a few dates in 3 parts filtered water overnight and blend the next day! Take your keep cup, buy nude fruit and veggies that are from Australia and that aren’t covered in plastic and if you see rubbish on the ground please #take3forthesea and pick up just a few pieces and bin it

01.01.2022 I’m pretty scared to share this I’m no poet, just do some jokester raps occasionally! For whatever reason the first two lines came to me when I woke up at 3am, so I wrote it down. Hopefully it could light up a little inspiration for some. It is a strange time in the world, but this too shall pass and atleast we’re in it together!

01.01.2022 Happy Earth Day Today marks the 50th anniversary of a day to have gratitude, care and compassion towards our incredible planet! Last night while watching a David Attenborough documentary I felt inspired to show some extra love with painting the sky meeting the ocean and what magic lies beneath the surface This planet is the only one (that we know of) that has water and we are so lucky to call this Earth home!
