19.01.2022 Thank you all for Joining our "30 min Free Meditation classes". It has been wonderful hearing your experiences and meeting you all. If you would like your work group, friends or family to host one of our free classes I would love to hear from you.... Using the Zoom platform I will provide a 30 Min class incorporating different meditation techniques for all levels of experience. Introducing or continuing your practise keeping it simple and effective.
