Another happy customer, repairs to their Wunderlich Sliding doors Replacement track to main door frame for the sliding door and to the fly screen adaptor for their sliding security door... Replaced triple lock system in both sliding and hinged security doors Replaced rollers in their sliding security door Now, it's like brand new Most doors can be repaired, depending on brand and how old, I have only come across two situations where I was unable to find the parts or had excruciating pain rearing a window (but I learn and come up with other solutions)

08.01.2022 Two weeks ago had to cut out the additional lock bolts on a Hinged Door to get the door to open, jammed in the lock position. Today went back to complete the repairs, the culprit was the projecting door stop fitted by another trade that was drilled through the door stile and into the bottom throw bolt holding it into the locked position

02.01.2022 Most sliding door sills and rollers can be replaced rather than retro fitting complete new frames and doors. Following shows extreme damage to sill, the rollers... have been knocked over to one side by the over use of the doors. The tenants had never informed the agent or landlord that there is a problem with the door sliding. This problem was not noticed until the tenant left and the owner tried to open the door. Sill had to be cut out as it was paper thin, new sill repair kit fitted and new rollers. Door as good as new. Door, Window and Screen service also offered. 01.01.2022 Repair track and replace rollers to Stegbar sliding door. The first photo shows the damage to the track, yes you can see the shavings in the track - when I saw this I had no idea what I was up to. The photos of the frame show (yes hair from dogs and cats stuck to the wool pile) that one corner the roller is not there at all, the other corner shows both rollers are together. For quite a while they have been sliding the door on aluminium to aluminium. I had to cut out part of t...he sill track to allow me to fit the new track adaptor. If you can see the rollers, they have completely broken apart. All this damaged caused by the tenants, they had never told the owner or property manager that there is a problem with the doors, and this was never picked up on final inspection. Poor owners had to foot the bill. After the new track adaptor and new rollers fitted the door slides like a dream, happy days
