So Im finally saying it & putting this here so I can leave my digital footprint that this design was created by Baby Mama because theres been others whove taken past print ideas, slogans and business name variations in the past and used them. I am super protected over Baby Mama, when I created it there was absolutely NO Baby Mama clothing brands when I registered the name on ASIC, now theres soooo many variations & and theyre not even been sneaky about it. Ive spent a lot of money protecting the name and Trademarked my name and logos and over the years have had to send a few cease and desist letters. This is why my Facebook handle is @bmmtorginal Baby Mama Milk Threads Originals. Because I worked hard to be unique and did so much research to not be a copy of any other brand & other people in business are just lazy and dont spend the time to be a true creator. They just steal other peoples ideas and profit from them. So Im putting this here. If you happen to see a brand do this print idea. Call them out! And remind them to not mess with the Baby Mama, theyll be getting a cease & desist letter real quick. 12.01.2022 ss ss . . Please share this if you support breastfeeding in public .... . I was really thankful this day to have some help capturing what I do to create content for Baby Mama, normally I work completely alone with my minis in toe so it was really nice to have someone there to get this footage. Its definitely not easy running a brand completely solo especially when its left wing of what you used to do. . . I had absolutely zero design background, I was kicked out of home economics in school because I only joined it because I thought we just cooked and turned out that wasnt true so one time in a test I decided to write every single sentence backwards and told Miss thats how I write (I used to until about year 2) but it was year 9 and I was so bored in the test I did that instead of requesting a subject change. I had difficulties expressing my needs as a child. Hell, ill be honest I still have difficulties expressing my needs as a adult, but anyway. Recapping on my interest in design growing up it was nil. I was driving trucks when I started Baby Mama, my first day on the job as a truck driver I finally felt I found my calling. I just got to drive, listen to music, dealt with no humans & the only paper work I had was I had to right down what time I left somewhere and what time I arrived for my log book. It was pure bliss. . . So being present online, constantly trying to write and figure out what you mamas would want me to talk about or hear I honestly struggle. In a group of people I am completely introverted, however if you get to know me and Im comfortable then Im super out there. . . So this whole journey of running a label has made me extremely uncomfortable, but you know why I do it? Because when I became a mum I found nothing, no breastfeeding jumpers, no cool feeding shirts that came with matching mini tees and I knew how much it would of meant for me to have something that kept me warm while feeding and something that I could wear that didnt look like typical mum clothes and thought how that might make other mums feel too. . . So I sent my resignation to my dream job and went all in with started my own label & here I am. Heyyy See more
