25.01.2022 Full home renovation is well under way. Every water point and fixture had been altered in some form. Water rough in completed bar a few small items to be supplied by the customer. (But have been delayed due to covid 19)

25.01.2022 Bathroom renovation with new flooring, basin toilet, shower, paint and blind.

25.01.2022 Removed the old kitchen and replaced it with a recycled one with a new electric cook top and range hood. New flooring paint and blind and tiled the splash back and much more.

24.01.2022 New paint and flooring with a flat pack robe. New picture rail and skirting for the bedroom.

23.01.2022 Range hood and cook top replaced and brought up to code.

22.01.2022 New for old oven replacement

22.01.2022 Another bathroom renovation completed.

20.01.2022 Removed the old in wall air conditioner and patched the walls inside and out.

20.01.2022 Customer asked that the water meter be moved closer to the fence before the drive concrete is extended and the tap turned around.

19.01.2022 Rooted out galvanised extension replaced and temporary wall repair installed and painted.

18.01.2022 En suit renovation including plumbing and shower screen installation once again working with ANS Tiling.

17.01.2022 Not the best angle but thats a shelf suspend in the garage for storage, above head height to preserve floor space.

16.01.2022 The client purchased a second hand kitchen. So its out with the old and in with the new. I replaced the floor and tiled the splash back. Not a bad pick up by the client for a budget Reno. I did over the bathroom and the laundry as well but I will wait till the painting is finished before I post the complete set of before and after photos.

02.01.2022 Fascia replacement due to root and roof repointing

01.01.2022 Replaced all the tap wear in the house including toilet cisterns and seats. As well as installation on a pressure limiting valve at the water meter.
