15.01.2022 Were pleased to announce that Festivale 2018 will be held on Friday 2, Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 February, the first full weekend in February in 2018. On Sunda...y 5 March it was announced that the 2018 Commonwealth Games Baton Relay will be held in Launceston on Wednesday 7 February 2018. Given that the baton relay will particularly impact on traffic in and around the city this could potentially impose significant delays to our set up schedule. After much consideration the Committee made the decision to move the weekend. Its their intention that this weekend in February will become the new home for Festivale and that Festivale will continue to be held on the first weekend in February going forward. Be sure to mark these dates in your diary and feel free to share this information.
