17.01.2022 I am super excited. This week on Friday morning I will be presenting to my Business Networking group the importance, especially in the current climate, the importance of mental fitness. I will show you how to move from negative emotions to positive with a simple technique. ... It is very easy in todays world to live with a negative mindset as I found out for myself from my last two weeks. I used this exact technique on myself and a client of mine to shift from a negative mindset to a positive mindset. Whether it be in life or business things are so much better when you have a positive frame of mind. I would encourage anyone even if you do not have a business to attend this meeting at 645 am on Friday morning to shift from negative to positive. Not only will you learn this technique for yourself but you will also have the benefit of meeting the group of awesome business ownners that I have the honour being part of. 15.01.2022 Given it is that time of year, our Cleaning expert, Rhys from NO SWEAT CLEANING wanted to share their top tips for achieving a sparkling home. Spring Cleaning Tips - Always make a schedule ahead of time, plan your cleaning - Clean room by room... - Start cleaning from top to bottom - Use a HEPA Vacuum (recommended but not required) - De-clutter - Give attention to the walls, especially kitchen and bathroom - To avoid smelly bins, run a couple of lemon rind slivers through your garbage disposal and follow with cold water to dispel the smell. - Always leave a spare bin liner at the bottom of your bin to ensure there's always one there when you need it and your never caught short when replacing - Place a large microwave-safe bowl with 1 cup of water and a chopped-up lemon, lime, or orange or several tablespoons of vinegar inside. Turn the appliance on high for several minutes or until the solution boils and the window is steamy, then let it sit to cool for 15 minutes before opening the door.
