24.01.2022 Visitors are an important part of any chapter's success and statistics have shown that around 40% of the business passed in a chapter can be attributed to visitors coming in and doing business with members. So well done to Stacey Arthur for bringing the most visitors during October - leading by example our President Stacey. If you would like to visit our group, click on the button on this page or contact Stacey or one of our other members.

21.01.2022 When you give qualified referrals you are actually giving the high percentage opportunity for business to be done. Thanks to Jonathan in giving the most business to fellow members during February 2021.

21.01.2022 Giving qualified referrals with a Givers Gain approach is what BNI is all about so congratulations to Stacey Arthur for being the top performer and giving the most referrals in February. As President of the chapter, Stacey is also clearly leading by example. Well done.

16.01.2022 Welcome Lilly from the Think Tank team. Great to have you with us Lilly.

15.01.2022 Each month in BNI we rate each member's performance in terms of attendance, the number of referrals given, meetings with fellow members (1-2-1s), the education we undertake and the visitors we bring. These are put on what we call the Traffic Lights. The higher the rating, the more we can see that the member is helping their fellow members and the chapter grow. Congratulations then to Tenielle Stevenson from the Wollongong based Seacliff Chapter for achieving the perfect score for the month of October - 100% effort. Well done Tenielle.

13.01.2022 Each month, we use our accountability system to recognise top performers in our chapter. The following members achieved the highest levels during December 2020 so well done.

07.01.2022 Giving referrals is one thing and then having that reward that the referral was successful is wonderful. That's what BNI is all about - what we call Givers Gain. So well done to Jo Spiteri for the most business given for October. No coincidence that Jo also gave the most referrals in the same month.

05.01.2022 The Seacliff chapter has been going for 6 months and in that time, well done to the following members who have been consistently in the green in terms of our traffic lights system of accountability. This means that each month they have committed to attendance, bringing visitors, giving referrals, ongoing education and having regular 1-2-1 meetings with fellow members. As one of our core values we would like to give recognition to each of these high performers. Well done.

04.01.2022 Great meeting and energy this morning and what a pleasure to be there with you sharing insights from Dr Ivan Misner from the Global Conference and listening to your referral requests. This chapter is growing and setting great standards. Keep it up team passing business to each other (just passed the first $100k worth of business in only a few months). Well done.

04.01.2022 Passing referrals is the key to being a successful BNI member and so we congratulate Jo Spiteri for giving the most referrals during October. In BNI, giving a qualified referral takes time and it also means that Jo has been listening to her fellow members referral requests and then recognises and seizes opportunities to pass a referral. So well done Jo.

01.01.2022 In order to better understand the referral needs of fellow members, it is also important to do great 1-2-1s with them. In BNI, this means having a structured meeting to understand the fellow member's referral needs as well as their business so we can speak with confidence about them. Congratulations to Michael Collins for having done the most 1-2-1s in the chapter for October. Well done Michael
