Our next BNI Connect Release on 19th-22nd April will i...ncorporate Phase 1 Infrastructure Upgrades. What does this mean? Another step toward fewer unplanned BNI Connect outages and improved functionality for users. Note: BNI Connect and BNI Connect Mobile will be inaccessible beginning 5PM Eastern Friday through 4AM Eastern Monday. Be sure to notify your members and directors of this brief outage. What this Update Means for Members & Directors: BNIs Technology Team is committed to listening to our Members & Directors in order to provide what you need to be successful. To do this in 2019, we will continue to implement crucial infrastructure enhancements that will improve the stability and performance of BNI Connect, thus reducing usage issues and access outages. 2019 Upgrades will be released in three phases over the course of the next 12 months with the primary objective of moving to the cloud. This 1st Phase will provide significant upgrades to the physical layout of BNI Connects database infrastructure and it will increase capacity to allow scalability for the anticipated growth of BNI in the years to come. Based on your request to minimize the impact to users, the maintenance window will begin on April 19th at 5 PM Eastern (9 PM GMT) through April 22nd at 4 AM Eastern (9AM GMT). Our development, implementation, testing and support teams will be working around the clock to ensure a smooth and on time delivery. We are pleased to note the following enhancements will be included in this upgrade: Infrastructure and database upgrades to improve system stability Enhancements to the visitor process, including the ability to allow members to register themselves to visit other active chapters Updates to BNI Engage synchronization in preparation for BNI Engage 2.0 Miscellaneous bug fixes Full release notes can be found here on the BNI Connect Support Site. In fact our group has written over $110,000 in closed business so far this April.
