23.01.2022 Today was our last meeting for 2020, and what a fun meeting it was, so great to see the Christmas Spirit alive with so many members dressing up for the occasion. Secret Santa is always a hit especially the way we do it, the BoomBox was the hit item of the day with it ending up in so many different hands. A big thanks to Lauren Davies and Chase Jarrett for giving up their school holidays to join in on the morning fun. A huge shout out to our Exec Commitee for their hard work getting us back to face to face meetings this year and to all our members for doing their bit to make it happen. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all!

My main specialty in the cleaning industry has been working for Real Estate Agents, Local Builders, Families, Bond Cleaning, Builders Clean, Home Cleaning Services.... - Why do I do it? I help home owners, tenants, business owners rid their homes, restaurants and cafes of general pests. Why do you do it? I do what I do for a level of satisfaction. Helping people make their homes/business’s more hospitable makes me proud to do pest control. Not many people like living with creepy crawlies nor finding them in food lol What do you love most about BNI Pinnacle? The camaraderie of the group. The quote last week about how most people would rather be in the casket than to speak at the funeral got me laughing...and I’m the same. I go to BNI, my heart is racing until I do my 45seconds. I know I have nothing to worry about but I love that we can talk business and have a joke at the same time. Laughing is the best cure for nervousness and everyone at Pinnacle loves a laugh! WHAT DO YOU DO? - I am a Commercial Photographer, servicing a wide range of business types. I shoot exclusively commercial work, from ad and marketing campaigns, to that small handful of 'hero' images that every business needs, to give themselves visual legitimacy.... WHY DO YOU DO IT? - A few reasons. First, it’s a clear-conscience occupation. Second, I love seeing the thrill that business owners get (particularly start-ups), when they see their vision come to life or exceeded. Their product looking amazing, their portrait pleasantly surprising them - whatever I’m shooting, I try to demonstrate that cameras mean almost nothing, while good light is everything. WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT BNI PINNACLE? - A sense of community. I spent over a decade as a freelancer and it can be a lonely game. I’m now a better businessman by simply observing the other BNI members who are far more business-savvy than me.
