13.01.2022 Ranked #2 of 37 2020 Pinot Gris in Australia Pale straw colour with some greening on edges. Greengage, struck-flint and honeysuckle on the nose. On the tongue, this is quite slippery - it's more about mouth-feel than a flavour bomb. There's pears, broken shells and soft green herbs in the mix. Flows with weight into the finish yet doesn't sit heavy or cloying. It's a lovely contrast of weight with quite low alcohol.
