If you're planning to take your furry friend for a walk near Boat Harbour Beach or Birubi Point, these are the ...things you should keep in mind: Boat Harbour Beach is a prohibited area for dogs. This means no dogs on or off leash in this area at any time. Birubi Point Is a dog friendly beach as long as you stay 100m from the flagged/lifeguard/patrolled area. The beach is on lead between 10am and 4pm (non-daylight savings time) and 9am to 5pm (during daylight savings time). Outside of these times it is an off leash area.
