23.01.2022 One more snooze before we plant pretty little trees at Boatharbour. Have a look at our Event posting for tomorrow and let us know if you can join us for this excellent activity! Sleep well tonight, Landcarers....... The little trees in this photo will create shade and shelter for animals for years to come. They will hold the banks when it floods and filters run off for good water quality.

17.01.2022 You wanna do something good for the Planet and get a breath of fresh country air? You know she needs all the help we can give at the moment..... Join us in a Planting Day at Boatharbour on Thursday next. Stay for an hour or two if you like. A Bush Regen team will dig the holes. all you have to do is plant, plant, plant. Your little trees will grow beautiful and tall to hold rich soil, create shade for our animals, make pretty flowers, and suck up all that carbon we create. See you there! 16.01.2022 Friday night Turkey talk at our Boatharbour Landcare Dinner meeting brought some new ideas and plans for an exciting 2020 landcare year. 22 attendees shared some tucker and talk.Thank you to everyone who came out to Boatharbour. It was wonderful to hear stories from new landcarers who want to improve their properties through landcare activities. Please "Like" this page for more news. Revegetated riverbanks, shady places for animals, and wildlife refuges are transforming the look of Boat Harbour through these 10 Grants worth $99,003, won for our landholders.

11.01.2022 Take Away was never this good.With the restrictions on a nice night out, we decided to try our friendly Eltham Pantry for a Take Away meal on Saturday. Never have I seen Beef Wellington on a Take Away Menu. Delish. Please support this family business. They are our local providore of all things delicious. Have a look at the prices on the paper bag. Unbelievable value for gourmet food. The Pantry is an active member of Boatharbour Landcare. They support our activities. 04.01.2022 Birds butterflies and bees.....biodiversity at Boatharbour is a delight. Enjoy some piccies of small creatures we have photographed in April - a false Spring it seems.Flowers and insects everywhere.

02.01.2022 Hooray! We have finally erected the promised Boatharbour Landcare sign in front of a our native tree creek planting. The planting was done with funds provided through Lismore City Council in 2018.
