This is Sashimi grade salmon which has been sustainably wild caught. It is Histamine free, Gluten free and there is nothing artificial about it. Unlike farmed salmon this salmon has bright orange meat which is from the orange krill the fish eat while in the ocean. Limited stock available in our Fishco!
