The Poliziano Chianti Colli Senesi is a beautiful DOCG red wine from the family-owned Poliziano winery outside of Montepulciano in Tuscany, Italy. Founder Dino Carletti named the winery after the 15th Century poet Angelo Ambrogini who came from Montepulciano and was nicknamed Poliziano. This Chianti retains the fresh fruity Sangiovese flavours of red fruit, dark cherries and a savoury charact...er. A lighter Italian Sangiovese red wine and a very versatile food wine. Pairing with many foods from antipasto to pasta, cheese or poultry and lighter grilled meats. Special until Wednesday, 8 July 2020 or while stocks last.

This oyster has a low level of brine because the salinity levels found in the Hastings River are much lower than you find in an open ocean. The contributing creeks and Rivers introduce... freshwater nutrients, making them a mild briny eating experience. The mix of mangroves, seagrass and silty, muddy seabeds help produce oysters with a mineral finish and full creamy texture (from their bulky glycogen storage) with a big bang of umami. See more

These ribs are lightly smoked on-site, using apple, hickory & beech wood chips from Narrogin wood-chip specialist Jimmy Jesus. Smoking beef infuses a natural, smoky, aromatic flavour. Using our house-made BBQ marinade, the short ribs are then slow cooked for 5 hours, maki...ng them fall-apart with tenderness & full of flavour! We source our Berkshire pork from boutique pig farmer, Linton Batt, owner of Black Label Berkshire Pork which is located in Beverley, Western Australia. Using new season, fresh black truffles from Manjimup and pistachio nuts, our butchers make these sausages by hand, in-house. They have a sensational balance of flavour and are absolutely delicious!
