The Domaine Sainte-Marie covers over 40 hectares, all of which is organically farmed. Harvests are performed between 3am and 8am when the grapes are at their coolest to retain the delicate flavour and natural freshness. This rosé is a complex blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and a touch of Cabernet. On the nose emerges a delicate touch of white flowers and small red berries. The mouth is clean, soft, pleasant, and well balanced, with a salty finish. This wine is sure to satisfy during these spring time months! Special available until 20 Oct 2021, whilst stocks last
