11.01.2022 The first Bob Hinde Memorial was run in 2008 and is dedicated to Bob Hinde who was the caretaker at Grenfell Kart Club and did all the behind the scenes jobs for many years. Coming into the 6th running of the Bob Hinde Memorial it is growing in strength as people hear how much fun and great racing the weekend attracts. 149 Karters competed last year and we are expecting a bigger crowd this year. Get ready for what is becoming one of the biggest events on the calender.

07.01.2022 2013 Bar Up Bullbars Bob Hinde memorial & festival of the kids The Grenfell kart club would like to welcome former Grenfell man David Shaw and the team at Bar Up Bullbars onboard as 2013's major sponsor for the Bob Hinde Memorial & "Festival of the kids". Bar Up are excited to be involved in such an appropriate race meeting, in memory of a gentleman that dedicated so much of his time to ensuring the club ran smoothly for so many years. Bar Up Bullbars are located in Wagga Wag...ga NSW and are the market leaders in bumper bars and bullbars for the Australian transport industry. The 2013 Bar Up Bullbars Bob Hinde Memorial & "Festival of the kids" will run over the 29th & 30th of June and are proud to announce that we will be offering 2 brand new Arrow X3 Karts, the first give away of its kind from any club. We have up for grabs: 1x Arrow X3 Cadet/Rookie chassis 1x Arrow X3 Junior chassis Each driver from the Cadet and Rookie class will go in the draw for the Arrow X3 chassis to use, maintain and service for twelve months. One lucky driver in the Junior national classes will also be rewarded with a Brand new Arrow X3 chassis. Simply by entering the race meeting the drivers go into the draw to win a brand new (not even released yet) Arrow X3 Chassis. Drivers don't have the be the class winner to be eligible for the draw.
