25.01.2022 Honour who you are as a being... How would you like to be perceived, represented and respected? What is the road that you wish to take, or which wolf you wish to feed? Work towards on embracing your light that is already within you. Give it notice or space to shine. If you do that everyday... You will be so bright you won't even see yourself for who you are right now, only then will you see your full essence. Embrace the flaws, we are here to mistakes - make sure you learn a...nd overcome them, so don't you go on the 'merry-go-around' for whole life. For myself, I am human; yes have my flaws or stubborn habits. But the first step is to be aware and then make the conscious choice. I choose to feed the wolf that will give me peace, abundance, energy, wisdom, joy and love. Sounds cliché, but everyone what's that, right? 24.01.2022 Let’s face it... we all have some sort of addiction towards something minor or major. It’s about not letting the addiction consume your life either physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Its our duty as beings to be self-aware of our actions and thoughts & know from right and wrong. When we have low self-esteem or not happy in our reality, than addictions are a lot more easier to take hold of lifestyle. Love & Acceptance within yourself is the key to grow out of t...hese addictions and create a better-healthier life for yourself. I love & accept myself just the way I am now is a powerful statement that you can heal within yourself. Remember it’s the intent and belief that makes change stronger. Love yourself. 23.01.2022 Every generation has stolen children taken from their place of birth. No one seemed to care to did anything about this horrible act/
23.01.2022 Balance. Sounds easy but as well we know its something quite challenging. For myself I find balance through different tools, such as: - Changing your thoughts, - Raising my frequencies, - Being creative... - Creating new space, - Take yourself away from situations that don't serve you, - Doing something fun or unusual for you, - Working with your inner power - Playing an insturment (mine is guitar & flute) - Cooking - So many more... It is about getting out of your stubborn mind or situation of negativity and transform those throughts to motion to reality. Change will bring balance. Practice really makes perfect. As one of my favorite movies are from the animation, 'Kung Fu Panda', Your mind is like this water, my friend. When it is agitated, it becomes difficult to see.
