Tuesdays 6-8pm starting 29th October. $5 a session Juniors Wednesdays 6-8pm starting 30th October. Gold coin donation per session. Hope to see you all there

22.01.2022 Happy Thursday Bobcats and I don’t know about you but Thursday is one of my favourite days of the week because it means hockey is on! A few important reminders and announcements below... - Just a reminder that training is on at 6pm for juniors and 7pm for seniors tonight.... - If you are in need of a new uniform there will be sizes to try on and order to ensure that they arrive before youre first game of the season. - Please make sure you register with Hockey Victoria prior to training using the link below. https://www.revolutionise.com.au/bobcatshc/registration/ *volunteers needed* this Saturday 29th February (leap day yay!). Hockey Ballarat will have a stand at the relay for life event at red uni and bobcats will be at the from 5:30pm-7pm. 20.01.2022 Sorry for the late notice fellow Bobcats but it's been a busy few weeks at the Bobcat den! Hope you have all had a good summer but are happy that the days are getting colder because that means we are one step closer to HOCKEY! So that means it's time to dust off those hockey sticks, put the preseason summer training to work (if you did any) and get ready for a good season. Starting tomorrow 14/2 from 6-7pm the pitch will be open for a casual hit around to help get back into t...he swing of things,. We would like to encourage as many people that are available to head down to the pitch and lend a hand to help make the grounds ready for the new season. Also on this day the following will occur - 9-12 noon JCC Training - 1-3pm Westvic Trials for U14 and U16 teams Looking forward to seeing some of you all at the pitch.

Coming up in a few weeks we will be having a club dinner at the Robin Hood Hotel on Thursday 18th of June at 6pm. 11.01.2022 Coming up this week... Thursday 28th February BOBCATS 2019 OFFICIAL SEASON OPENING TRAINING!... This year for our official season launch we want to get to know you all a little better and see who inspires you! So dust off those capes and pull on those footy socks, it's time to wear something that shows us who is your hero! This can be either a sporting hero or superhero (Being a Bobcat I think that Catwoman is pretty cool because she is a fellow feline). Training for under 14s and under 16s will be from 6-7pm, followed by senior training from 7-8pm. (Under 11's to start training at a later date). Also happening on the night.. BBQ with $1 sausages and $2 burgers, so no need to cook dinner for the night (winning!) *At 7pm prior to the women's senior team commencing training, a short meeting will be held in the clubrooms to discuss the season ahead* Can't wait to see you all at the field! #bobcatfacts The name Bobcat comes from the look of their tail, it often looks like a "bobbed" hairstyle

07.01.2022 G’day Bobcats Members, I’m writing to you as the President of the Bobcats Hockey Club. As many of you may already be aware, the CoronaVirus is having an impact on all facets of life as we know it.... Hockey Victoria announced yesterday that they will continue on towards the winter season; https://hockeyvictoria.org.au/news/covid-19-information/ Members of the Bobcats Executive have had discussions following this announcement and have elected to take a more cautious approach and at this stage will suspend all training until Thursday 16th April. We appreciate that not everyone will support this decision but ultimately, we want members of our club to be happy and healthy above all else and are aiming to do what we can for the health, safety and well-being of our members. Blaze HC have announced they will also suspend all activities. Hockey Ballarat executive are meeting Thursday to discuss the season and we will advise members of what is happening in due course.
