23.01.2022 Let's get back into it! Yoga on tonight at 5.30pm at the Mullewa Rec dining hall. It's starting to feel like a pop up yoga studio...a new space each term! Let's leave the rat race for an hour or so and dedicate some time to unwind and settle our bodies and minds into stillness. Everyone welcome...new to advanced students, there is always options for different levels. Bring a blanket and mat if you have one. I will have some spare mats and props available to use. xx

22.01.2022 A reminder that yoga starts tonight 5.30-6.45pm @ the Sports Club! Let’s move a little to rest a little

20.01.2022 Hello all! There will be a change of venue back to the sports club for our yoga classes due to the clash with netball in the rec centre. So this Monday night we will meet at the sports club and for the rest of term. Just to keep you informed, I won’t be teaching the last two weeks of this term as we will be exploring the Pilbara! So our last class this term will be Monday 7th of September. ... I hope you’re enjoying your weekend with this gorgeous weather

18.01.2022 Can I get an idea of how many of you would be able to make Monday night classes please? Thank you

18.01.2022 Let’s try again!! A quick 10 minute flow to add to your day if you’re short on time

18.01.2022 Our practice of yoga, or any mindful practice, can offer us space and freedom beyond our physical body. It can give us space mentally and emotionally...to sit with and feel what is circulating within us. It is a way to bypass the distractions of everyday life and give ourselves the love and attention we need to be more fully aware for ourselves and others around us. There are times we may find it difficult to maintain our practice of self care, whether in the form of yoga, me...ditation, walking etc, but at these difficult times is when we need it the most. So make it your mission to practice every day, even if you only start with 5 minutes and notice the change in your mind and body. Stop, breathe, move and feel

18.01.2022 So my online videos didn’t go as I had planned so I apologise for not being able to keep them flowing over the past couple of weeks. I’m trying to load one today so let’s see how that goes! As we all know the restrictions are easing and there is the opportunity to start classes again!! As we are still knee deep in seeding I’m going to have to hold off for another couple of weeks but hoping to have them recommence at the start of June. I look forward to having you all back in... class and I’ll be sure to keep you updated with exact dates and times as soon as I can. As much as I have enjoyed the slower pace of life I have definitely missed being in your presence, so I can’t wait to see you all again soon xxx

17.01.2022 Thanks for your feedback on the Monday night class. After speaking to some of you and from the poll it seems there is similar interest for the 5 and 6 time slot. So I am going to go with an in between time of 5.30 - 6.45pm! It will be held indoors at the sports club starting this coming Monday 15th June, following on the 22nd and 29th. I hope to see you there xx

17.01.2022 Our last yoga session for this term is on tonight @ 5.30pm. We will take a soothing slow flow to open our bodies and calm our minds. This weather calls for it!

17.01.2022 I hope you’ve all been enjoying this beautiful rain! Don’t forget yoga is on tonight at the mullewa sports club at 5.30pm. We will be focusing on stretching and strengthening our quads and hamstrings. What a way to start the week! Don’t forget your blankets for relaxation to get cosy in this wintery weather x

16.01.2022 Yoga on tonight at 5.30pm @ the sports club

15.01.2022 Yoga on tonight at 5.30pm @ the sports club. We won’t be using any bolsters or eye pillows due to the cleaning required so please bring your own props and blankets if you have them. I do have 10 mats which you’re welcome to use if you don’t have your own. Look forward to seeing you all tonight xx

15.01.2022 Unfortunately we are unable to utilise the school hall for classes this term, so I’ve been thinking of other options and thought we could try outdoor classes at the town oval behind the Rec centre. How does everyone feel about this option at 5pm on Monday’s for the rest of term? Thank you x

13.01.2022 Im really sorry but I’m still having trouble uploading my video! I think it could be my phone reception. I’ll keep trying!

12.01.2022 And just like that it’s closing in to the end of term 3. We are away for the last 2 weeks of term 3 so unfortunately tonight is our last session until further notice. Harvest will be getting close at the start of term 4 so I may not commence classes until after harvest. Keep you eye on this page though as I will update with classes as it gets closer. I hope you are all keeping well and please get in touch if you have any queries xx

10.01.2022 Good evening to you all! I had all good intentions of running a few yoga classes in the last few weeks of term 4, but as it was a long harvest I couldn’t make it happen unfortunately. So I have decided to pop up a few videos over the school holidays so you can practice along with me in the comfort of your own home. They will be short videos that will encourage you to take the practice into your own hands and keep practicing yourself at home. ... I look forward to being in class with you all next year in Term 1!!

09.01.2022 Yoga is on tonight at 5.30pm at the sports club. Hope to see you there xx

09.01.2022 Such simple words...but oh so powerful!! It has been over 2 months since my last post and it is probably fair to say it has felt like a whirlwind of a time. It's been a interesting year to say the least and I'm sure everyone is feeling it! Heading into the busier festive time of the year I thought it would be a nice reminder to breathe in.....and to breathe out.... Breathing in all the amazing things and people in your life and breathing out all the worries and stress that may be building up. Let go of what doesn't serve you in a positive way right now, in this very moment. Enjoy the magic that Christmas brings...connecting with family, friends and colleagues. Keep it simple, keep it meaningful ;) Sending a bunch of love to you all xx

07.01.2022 Term 3 yoga will start on Monday 27th of June. I’m feeling a bit behind the ball game to start this Monday! So I will come ready and prepared for our first session next Monday. I am keeping the same time of 5.30-6.45pm and still working on a venue so watch this space for updates.... I hope you’ve all enjoyed your break with your family (if you’ve got your cherubs at school!). And if not, then I hope you’ve still been able to manage some down time with family and friends. Look forward to seeing you all soon xx

05.01.2022 Good morning amazing people!! I can confirm we will be taking our yoga classes at the rec centre dining room this term, starting next Monday night. Hope to see you all there and maybe some new faces too!! X

05.01.2022 A little late with my reminder but yes yoga is on at 5.30pm at the sports club!

02.01.2022 Come and join us for a sweet flow tonight! I love the flow of movement with the breath... it can bring us back to our bodies within minutes. If you’re curious, come and try it. 5.30pm @ the sports club.
