05.01.2022 So very happy to welcome this bunch of lovely and lively humans to the Bodhi family..! After what seemed like forever, we were able to run our second beginners yoga course of the year! So happy to be able to welcome in new faces and I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed the couple of hours chatting and doing yoga together! Looking forward to the next 4 weeks and beyond

02.01.2022 Meet Meg if you haven't already met, you'll be able to find her teaching our Kundalini Yoga classes at 6:45pm on a Tuesday evening. Kundalini , is the 'coiled serpent' located at the base of everyones spine ... It refers to a vital energy store which is yet to be activate and released through our body.... When we begin to activate our kundalini energy, We become vital We live consciously and truthfully We enter a higher state of awareness This energy is powerful, with consistent and appropriate practice we begin to prepare our mind and body for the new energy to come, and slowly begin to stimulate it. Its a unique practice, likely to be unlike anything you have tried. Which is why we recommend everyone to release any expectations and give the class a go. Covid-19 Health and Safety All classes remain to run as usual and are available via an online platform for all our current members. We are maintaining a high level of hygiene, with mat and prop disinfectant provided for both your personal use and hire. We encourage use of personal mat's and prop's if you have them. Namaste
