19.01.2022 As of today, all yoga classes are cancelled - if you are a current student and did not receive my email, please let me know. I plan to resume for term 2, this will be determined by the events of the next 3 weeks. I had already planned 2 weeks off of naturopathy over the school holidays, this will stay, although after school holidays from the 14th April, I will be offering phone/video consultations. I have chosen to not see face to face clients at this time due to having my cl...inic in my home. All existing clients needing supplements can still order as normal - just be aware that there are current delays to deliveries by up to a week. Please order everything you need as keeping minimal contact will be asked. Any questions please ask. In the mean time, please be kind to yourself and others, try not to panic, and just know that social distancing helps the most vulnerable and takes the pressure off our health care system. 19.01.2022 Excited to announce the new home for Bodhi Studio’s yoga students! The team at Shepparton Osteopathic Clinic have taken me in and allowed me to use this amazing space! I am truly blessed and can see the positives through all the hard emotions that have come up over these past 4 weeks.... We are already 2 weeks in and the students are loving it! Naturopathy starts back tomorrow, with my home office re-opening. I’m still rejigging my clinic times so if you’re wanting to book and can’t find a time please give me a call. Unfortunately, for now, our bulk food section is permanently closed. The amount of money we have lost, the amount of money to restart and the stress it has caused on me and my family during the storm damage and closure is just too much. I’d like to take this opportunity now to really thank everyone who supported my journey in seeing Bodhi Studio come to fruition. A massive thank you to all the amazing clients, students and customers that supported me. I will truly miss our conversations on health, wellbeing, zero waste, sustainability, organic food, gardening and the environment and everything in between. You all made this journey so worth while and I wouldn’t change it for a minute. I hope I have managed to get the message out to many more people and got many more brains thinking about their actions long term. The many smiling faces from improved health, yoga zen faces from finding complete relaxation keeps me going - I know what I do is making a difference and that’s what means the most to me. Stay tuned as we keep Bodhi Studio alive. 17.01.2022 That view.... . I am so blessed to call this space home for yoga. Nothing like feeling like you’re apart of nature. . 5 weeks here already. How fast the year is going.... . For me, I’m finally able to slow down and start reflecting on the events that have happened in 2020. . Unpacking my emotions from the closure of studio is difficult. I’m scared to let them out. The rollercoaster has been real, and although my life now is much more simple, it’s strange to think that something I always dreamed of has now gone. . Looking at where I am now, I am ok with that. Maybe that was a stepping stone for something even more amazing. . I’m grateful that 2 local businesses @edenfarmproduce and @bunbarthabeef have taken on the bulk bins so all my beautiful customers have a place they can still find good quality food with out the plastic. @charlottes_lab is a local business so find her at the markets locally to get your personal care items. . I look forward to what is coming next. But first it’s time to reboot and find ME. . Ps this wasn’t supposed to be a reflection post! But it’s in me, it’s time to heal. See more

17.01.2022 First online ZOOM class today. . Just what everyone needed (including me). . It was so wonderful seeing my regular students and some friends I haven’t seen for a long time!... . I’ll be releasing classes to the public soon, so check in again if you’re keen to start! . For me, yoga is what grounds me, it helps lower my anxiety and stress levels, it reminds me to breathe, it allows me to find some calm in a crazy life. . 03.01.2022 Are you interested in live yoga? Join our yoga tribe to get access to our classes when they are running. Feel free to DM me for info or head to my website.... Classes are pay as you can - $0-$20 each - I understand that it in this time some are without funds or much less - I still want to be able to give these people yoga. Just know, that I myself am learning through this experience. Know it won't be perfect. But I am here to help with connection, relaxing, strength, resilience through these hard times. Kelly
