22.01.2022 And just like that... it's Monday again! How are you going to create your week? What morning routines do you adopt? What will you focus your time and energy on? What do you want to achieve?... It's easy to feel OVERWHELM when we don't have a plan. Here's 3 things you can adopt to get more out of your week.. 1. Create a morning routine doing what you love. Mine includes making a cuppa, Journalling, gratitude, stretching/yoga, some 'me' time before everyone else is up. This allows me to start the day with a clear mind and a sense of calm. 2. List what you want to achieve for the day and choose the top 3. Prioritise these and they will happen. That sense of achievement is likely to propel you to get more done than necessary as well. Ride that momentum wave. 3. BE present more often. Sometime you just gotta STOP the multitasking, the brushing the kids off because you're busy, the 'can't talk now-busy' mindset.... and just BE. You can create more moments throughout your day, to share a laugh, have a dance, go outside, read with your kids, jump on the trampoline etc etc.. Your family will LOVE it, and feel validated, seen and heard... and you get to actualy participate in life... which is very rewarding.

Busy doesn't always equal productive, and it often doesn't mean being present either. ...Its easy to be thinking one step ahead and being busy marking off your 'To Do list.
